(10) One blackboard for writing and hanging the maps . (11) 投影 CD or 手指 should be got ready for the screen as to facilitate the explanation on the map of anatomy and the position of the reflexive area. (12) Warm boiling water and paper cups be prepared. (13) Some tissue paper (14) Air-conditioned is preferred Rwo-Shr Health Institute International (H.K.) Chairman: Chan Hok Yau Ph.D. (Previously: Chan Chong Kon ) 12-10-2014 ( 1-12-2014 ) WHY REPEAT LEARNING IS NECESSARY ? (1) There is change in the Reflexive Area: new knowledge must be learned e.g. The kidney and the adrenal glands are not in the original position. According to anatomy, the positions are unchangeable. Adrenal gland------------- (圖) Kidney--------------------- TWO PICTURES ARE DIFFERENT The position of the reflex zones of Ann Gillanders’ kidney: ( near the inward side ) Kidney------------ (圖) The position of the kidney according to the Rwo-Shr Health Institute ( near middle ) Kidney----------(圖) The using Neproglomerulus and Greatinine to check the position of the Kidney (1) Using the ups and downs of the greatinine to examine the ups and downs of the position of the kidney. Outside the kidney there are the neproglomerulus. As a remedy, to allow the neproglomerulus be increased There are one hundred million neproglomerulus on each side. When their number decreases, the greatinine increases. On the contrary, when neproglomerulus increases, the greatinine will decrease. According to the map of Rwo-Shr Reflexive Area, the kidney is in the middle as shown in the picture below: (圖)-----------Neproglomerulus ( 4-1-2015 ) Using the Neproglomerulus and Greatinine to examine the position of the kidney (2) Diabetes mellitus is scared of 2 results: 1. 并發症: Due to the high blood pressure, the cells bring insufficient nourishment as well as unable to carry away the dirty things. In the long run the cells will thus been damaged as well as doing harm to the organs of the body and causing complication resulting at non-curing. 2. 尿毒症: Greatinine When the Greatinine reaches 500 umol/L 洗腎 or 換腎 must be carried out. Using supplement method to work on the neproglomerulus ( the edge of the outside ). When the neproglomerulus increases, the greatinine will drop. This space to supplement but not decreases! It proves that it is not the place of the kidney. Kidney-------- (圖)--------Neproglomerulus ( green in colour ) Using the Neproglomerulus and Greatinine to examine the position of the Kidney (3) Look again for the position of the kidney on the map of Ann Gillanders ( on the inside of the outside edge, not close to the mid-position) Press on this neproglomerulus of the kidney will bear results (圖)---------neproglomerulus The greatinine will drop. ( green spot ) It proves that the kidney is there. After the change of names of the Adrenal Glands and the Kidneys on the map of the reflexive zone of Rwo-Shr Health can be used. Massage area of ---------(圖)----------Yongguan Yongguan (圖)--------The use of Yongguan and its massage area: Similar to that of the former reflexive area of Adrenal Glands and Kidneys ( 19-1-2015 ) The Newest Method of Foot Massage Adrenal Glands--------- ----------Yongquan (according to the west) (圖) Kidneys----------------- ------------Yongquan (according to the west) massage area It is necessary to massage on the Yongquan and the Yongquan massage area for it has been effective in the past 20years. According to the west, massage should be done also to the adrenal glands and the kidney. This is what is said: a combination of the east and the west, taking the best of the two and bringing the best results. It has been proved to be true. ( start learning from the beginning ) Why must we learn? (2) (2) From the various points of painfulness, find out whether the massage takes effect. For example, massage on the parathyroid glands: (a) Position changes. ( towards inside ) (b) Bone clashes with bone. ( sharp painfulness ) (c) Clash of the nerves inside the bones ( distressing painfulness ) Feeling of painfulness upon massage ( using one’s thumb to massage on the parathyroid of the patient who will feel sharp painful) To press on the nerves of the bones, the feeling of sourness will occur. ( must learn ) The feeling of painfulness and sourness should occur in the process of massage. ( Two feet picture )----------Parathyroid glands ( 25-1-2015 ) Why Must We Learn? (3) （3）How the massage is applied, be it light or heavy, quick or slow as well as the sequence will affect the degrees of warmth of the feet. Examples are shown on the diagrams (六幅圖) on the right: On the upper row, the feet are cold； On the middle row, the feet are warmer; On the row below, the feet have become hot ( red through ) The blood circulation became better. (4) How to protect oneself? Save energy, but not to be affected by illness? Why Must We Learn? (4) (5) In the past, not enough emphasis has been given to give examples on how to keep good health. To cure disease, it is enough to massage the 64 reflexive areas in sequence. It will also help to bring about a complete set of rules to keep good health as well as to cure diseases effectively. ( Principles ) To promote the circulation of blood, to improve 內分秘 and reflexion of the nerves, aiming at making these organs work normally and the cells actively. The immunity will be raised and the cells will become active. Then what kind of illness will prevail? (6) How to make your client know the goodness of the art of massage? (a) After finished massage the left foot, do not massage on the right foot immediately. Stop and do two things: 1st to examine the difference in temperature. ( It appears to be hot after massage. Before massage it is cold. ) 2nd, it is difficult to raise the right foot but easy to raise the left foot.----which is efficient. (b) 膝關節 not feeling well, when he is asked first to crouch, then to stand up. Then ask him to tell you what he feels. Then give him massage on the 膝關節 and ask him to crouch and then stand up, he must tell you that he feels better and extend to you his thankfulness. (c) Shoulder not feeling well, ask him to put up his hand and tell you what he feels. Then give him massage on the reflexive zone of his shoulder. Then ask him to put up his hand again and tell you what are the differences? ( 30-1-2015 ) Why Learning is Necessary ? (7) Adequate use of equipment to learn increase Picture 1: the students to learn with more confidence. (glucometer) (a) Glucometer: to lower the blood sugar it is Picture 2: necessary to let the pancreas on dysentery. Then observe whether it is lower. (sphygmomanometer) Should it clash with the new reflexive area, the adrenal glands has not been lower but became higher instead. (b) Sphygmomanometer: Use Sphygmomanometer to test 降壓點. Look whether it is correct? Picture3:( 心率儀) The position of the 降壓點 of each individual may not be the same. It must be done by feeling. (c) 心率儀: Able to find out the speed of the heart-beats whether it is quick or slow. Using the method of invigorating or purging to make it balanced. Why Must We Learn ? (6) (8) Must learn to communicate with the patient. Christihe Issel, the American President said: The method of Reflexology consists of 3 parts: First: theory (Eastern and Western) Second: Methodology (invigorating , purging) Third: communication with the patient. We are always lacking in the third part. Talking is necessary, we should not concentrate only on massage but should also keep talking as to make the situation lively, helping the patient to live a healthy life, to show him concern and love. Read more books concerning medical knowledge for the aged and the women. (9) Supplementing (4) How to protect ownself? 1. One’s capacity enter from the left hand and go out from the right hand. Thinking that oneself is more healthy than the patient. One can use more frequently the right hand to massage the feet of the patient. The illness of the patient is not so easy to pass on to self. 2. Don’t let the heart of the feet of the patient placed directly to one’s chest, for it will then easily let the illness pass on. (i.e. biological electric wave ) 3. Before massage, breathe in and breathe out on massage. (氣功) 4. To unite the 6 strength jointly will save energy, the strength of (a) the wrist, (b) the strength of the elbow (c) the strength of the shoulders (d) the strength of the waist (e) the strength of the thigh (f) the strength supporting the left hand. 5. to grasp firmly and stretch each 20 times. 6. Releasing 甩手 40 times. 7. Self should also often drink plenty of water.
